What is World News Share

World News Share is a multimedia scholastic program piloted for students in the Lowcounty of South Carolina, USA and Bermuda that utilizes:

• The newspaper as the main text book
• Technology as the vehicle for communication, and
• Skills-based lessons

to achieve the main goals of students:

• Sharing knowledge and developing informed opinions
• Creating an understanding of global perspectives, languages, identities, world understanding, and scholastic excellence through cultural exchange
